Referral Process

 

We accept referrals through Local Authority, commissioning managers and social workers;

 

•  Followed by Assessment interview for suitability of placement. 

​

• The Young person will be able to view accommodation if possible.

​

• Once a placement has been agreed the young person will be given a date to move in and will be allocated a keyworker.
